We have added a “Dashboard (Application Status Inquiry)” page to the Nishiyama Immigration Service website. It displays the results of residence applications that our office has handled. (only after April 2024, when online applications began.)

 | You can view the record of applications for the Certificate of Eligibility from the “COE” tab. Clicking on a button with a number will filter the application record by the corresponding procedure, status of residence, and situation, and display it at the bottom of the screen. |
 | The breakdown of “Application for Certificate of Eligibility,” “Under review,” and “Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services” is as shown on the left. You can change the order of the application dates by clicking the ▼ to the right of the application date in the heading line. |
 | You can view the track record of applications for renewal of period of stay from the “EXT” tab. |
 | You can view the track record of applications for permission to change status of residence from the “CHG” tab. |
 | You can view the track record of your application for the Employment Authorization Certificate from the “EMP” tab. |
