Japan&#8217;s figure is extremely low, which has been criticized both domestically and internationally, but it is necessary to take into account &#8220;the number of people for whom permission to stay large increase in the total asylum rate is due to an increase in the number of people granted complementary protection status, most of whom are refugees from Ukraine, while the number of people
